The AM 25 Law Firm seeks a junior to mid-level associate with two to four years of experience to join the Investment Funds practice group.
This position is open to our Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, New York, Washington, D.C., and California offices.
The ideal candidate will have transactional tax experience dealing with fund formation, Section 892 investors, real estate, income tax treaties, and cross-border transactions.
They seek candidates with immediately transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds.
Interested candidates should have strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, good business judgment, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
