AM 50 Law Firm seeks a Corporate Associate to join the Downtown Los Angeles office with four to six years of corporate transactional experience to assist with their bustling M&A practice, which spans a wide variety of industries.
This is a Partnership-track position and offers great growth opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have focused primarily on M&A transactions during their career and will have significant hands-on experience executing deals in this area at a law firm with a national reputation.
The associate must be comfortable drafting substantive transactional documents, running a deal team, and executing deals from start to finish.
The ability to work with other team members and clients, and take ownership of projects, is essential.
Candidates should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Admission in California is required.
Remote candidates are not preferred but will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
