The AM 25 Law Firm seeks a highly qualified Privacy and Cybersecurity mid-level associate (class of 2019-2021).
Candidate must have hands-on familiarity with devising practical solutions for companies subject to FTC jurisdiction and state privacy laws, focusing on ad tech, ed tech, fintech, COPPA, CAN-SPAM, and emerging technologies, including the IoT, blockchain, and biometrics.
Must also have experience drafting privacy, data handling, and cybersecurity policies and conducting privacy due diligence for deals and other corporate transactions.
Familiarity with cross-border data transactions is a plus.
In addition to strong substantive experience, they are looking for a collaborative team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collegial law firm environment.
Candidates applying for attorney positions with AM 25 Law Firm should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
