The The AM 25 Law Firm Global Corporate group seeks an associate to join our Houston or Dallas Office.
Ideal candidates will have four to six years of substantive experience in drafting and negotiating complex limited partnership/limited liability company agreements, including side letters, structuring joint venture investment transactions, private fund formation work (for sponsors and/or investors), and SEC investment advisory regulations.
Substantive private M&A experience is a plus, but not required.
