The The AM 25 Law Firm Corporate Advisory/Fund Formation practice area is seeking a 2nd – 4th year associate to join the team in the NY office.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with private equity sponsors and investors in connection with the structuring, formation and operation of private investment funds as well as legal, regulatory and compliance matters faced by fund sponsors.
Candidates must have fund formation experience.
Job Requirements:
2-4 years of fund formation experience at a law firm;
Excellent written/verbal communication skills, as this position requires immediate partner and client contact;
A J.D. or LL.M. from an ABA accredited law school;
Admitted to the New York bar.
