The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience in private equity debt finance transactions, with a particular focus on acquisition financing.
The practice focuses on sponsors and borrowers, although they will consider candidates with experience on the lender side.
The candidate should have familiarity with market terms in this area.
The candidate should have the ability to manage complex transactions, as well as excellent credentials.
