AM 200 Law Firm seeks an exceptional senior associate or counsel with at least 6 years of experience to join the fast-paced Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation group.
The Ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on executive compensation matters.
Experience in qualified retirement plans, non-qualified deferred compensation, equity compensation, health and welfare plans, mergers and acquisitions, ERISA (Employee Retirement Income Security Act) and ESOP (employee stock ownership plans) is a plus.
Candidate must have excellent academic record and commitment to client service.
Position open for any office.
Minneapolis, Pittsburgh, or Princeton preferred.
Bar admission required for the jurisdiction of practice.
