The Los Angeles office of AM 100 Law Firm has an immediate opening for a Finance associate with 2-4 years’ experience.
Candidates must have experience in syndicated lending, secured transactions, and other commercial finance transactions, including private equity-sponsored and non-sponsored asset-based and cash flow credit facilities.
Experience with capital markets debt transactions, including 144A bond offerings, is also beneficial but not required.
The ideal candidate will have excellent credentials and strong interpersonal skills.
