AM 50 Law Firm seeks an Employment and Labor Associate in the San Francisco, CA office with wage and hour experience.
The ideal candidate will be a high performer with three to five years of experience in the following areas:
o Wage & hour class actions (including class opposition strategy, fact development, briefing, argument) required;
o Employment law compliance advice and counseling;
o Litigation, specifically trade secrets and employee mobility, wrongful termination, employment discrimination and harassment, whistleblower;
o Preparation and negotiation of employment agreements, separation agreements, and other employment and personnel related contracts, policies;
o Conducting due diligence, and drafting and negotiating employment-related agreements and aspects of purchase and merger agreements in the context corporate M&A transactions.
You will exercise sound legal and business knowledge in working on a broad spectrum of cases and counseling clients with respect to ongoing matters.
Strong academic credentials are highly valued.
Bar Admission in California is required for application to the position.
