AM 50 Law Firm seeks a class of 2018-2020 associate with bankruptcy and restructuring experience to join their growing Financial Restructuring group.
They represent creditors, investors, and distressed companies in all types of in-court and out-of-court restructuring matters around the world.
Areas of focus include representing first and second-lien lenders, bondholders, hedge funds, and other creditors; acting in contested U.S. and multinational insolvencies, restructurings, and bankruptcies; handling multidisciplinary cross-border deals that have secured their reputation as a leader in Latin America and Eastern Europe; and appearing before trial and appellate courts in complex Chapter 11 and Chapter 15 matters.
Their practice is top-ranked by Global Restructuring Review, Turnarounds & Workouts, Chambers & Partners, and other leading industry guides and publications.
They are looking for substantive experience in representing creditors, investors, distressed companies, and other stakeholders in large-scale, complex U.S. and cross-border bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings and out-of-court restructurings.
Candidate must have excellent academic credentials and large law firm experience.
