AM 200 Law Firm seeks a Mergers and Acquisitions associate to join the Finance and Transactions team in the Chicago or Los Angeles office.
Four to six years of M and A experience including the use of representation and warranty insurance is required.
Your experience has emphasized private equity/sponsor clients on the acquisition, disposition, and growth equity/VC sides.
You have experience managing multiple matters simultaneously.
You have a J.D. degree and strong academic credentials.
You are admitted in (and in good standing with) or taking steps to become admitted in the applicable jurisdiction (Illinois or California).
