AM 50 Law Firm’s National Security Global Trade Controls group seeks an associate with two to six years of experience to join the team in Washington, D.C.
The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of, and be capable of providing advice and representation to clients regarding:
Regulatory programs administered by CFIUS (Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States) and under parallel non-U.S. Foreign Direct Investment (“FDI) regimes.
Experience with NISPOM (National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual) and FOCI (Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence) Emigration is desirable.
