AM 50 Law Firm is looking for an EE Patent Prosecution Associate with 1-2 years of patent prosecution experience.
Candidates must be registered to practice before the USPTO, and licensed in Pennsylvania or Ohio. An Electrical Engineering degree is preferred.
Responsibilities include patent drafting, patent prosecution, and IP due diligence; responses to office actions; Preparing, obtaining, and analyzing patent searches and providing assessments on patentability, prior art, non-infringement, and validity; client counseling and portfolio management; licensing; proven IP law firm experience; superb writing and research skills; and a strong academic record.
