AM 200 Law firm seeks an Associate with three or more years of experience to join the Corporate Finance Division in one of three offices, Dallas, Omaha, and Kansas City.
Relevant experience includes merger and acquisition transactions, venture capital investment transactions, private equity investment/leveraged buy-out transactions, corporate governance, including reviewing and providing advice for forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, proxy statements and providing advice on corporate governance matters, public and/or private offerings of equity and debt securities.
Active Bar Membership is required in the location where you will be working.
Candidates will possess excellent academic credentials.
