An AM 100 Law Firm has an immediate opening for a mid-level Construction Litigation associate with 2 to 4 years of construction litigation experience. The candidate will be resident in the firm’s Washington, DC office.
The ideal candidate will have prior construction litigation experience handling acting for owners and general contractors. An engineering and/or architectural background is also desirable. In addition, familiarity with document management in complex litigation, arbitration experience, brief writing, and oral presentation are essential skills.
A (JD) from an accredited law school is required. Excellent academic performance is highly valued. The candidate should be a member or eligible to become a member of the District of Columbia Bar.
